Our Practice

Precision dentistry, quietly redefined.

A small practice on Louetta Road, built around thorough appointments, natural light and the unglamorous discipline of doing one thing properly before starting the next.

See inside the practice

Preventive first

Exams, cleanings and gum health, on the interval your mouth actually needs rather than a default six months.

Implant depth

Advanced implantology training means missing teeth get planned properly here rather than referred out and back.

Our philosophy

We moved away from the clinical coldness of dentistry to build somewhere calm, where the explaining happens before the treatment, and the work is meant to last.

  • Unhurried

Longer appointments, fewer of them, and time to ask the question you came in with.

  • Precise

Diagnosis before treatment. Imaging before surgery. Nothing planned on an assumption.

  • Honest

If the right answer is that nothing needs doing yet, that is the answer you will get.

Our expertise

Individualized care.

Gentle dentistry designed to remove fear, build trust, and deliver confident, lasting results.

Your dentist

Led by Dr. Neal H. Patel.

I did not go into dentistry to talk people into treatment. I went into it because a tooth is a small thing that changes how someone eats, sleeps and shows up in a room, and because most people arrive having been told very little about their own mouth.

So we start by looking properly and explaining plainly: what is happening, what it will take, what happens if you wait, and what it is likely to cost you in time. If the honest answer is that nothing needs doing yet, that is the answer you will get.

No insurance?

We run a plan of our own.

Plenty of our patients have no dental insurance, and it should not be the reason a cleaning gets put off another year. We run our own membership plan for exactly that, so routine care is something you can plan for rather than gamble on.

The plan is hosted on its own page, which is where the current details live. We would rather send you to the source than quote you something here that changes next year.

FAQ

Everything you need to know.

Answers to your most common questions.

Yes. Oak Hills Dentistry welcomes new patients of all ages at our Louetta Road office in Spring. Call 281-350-8852 or send an appointment request and we will call you back to find a time.

A conversation about what brought you in and what you want from your teeth, then a full exam: X-rays where they are due, gum measurements, a check of every tooth and restoration, and an oral cancer screening. You leave with a written plan in plain language, sequenced by what actually needs doing first.

No. A lot of our patients arrive after a long gap, usually because something went wrong somewhere else or because dentistry got frightening. We start where you are, work at a pace you can tolerate, and stage treatment so it is manageable.

Yes. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and minimal oral conscious sedation are both available, and plenty of nervous patients do well with nothing more than a slower pace, clear narration and an agreed signal to stop. Ask for the slow version. It is always on offer.

Dr. Neal H. Patel owns and leads the practice. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2014, completed post-doctoral advanced implantology training at Texas Implant Institute, and has lived in the Woodlands area since 2018.

Bring your plan details to your first visit or call ahead and our team will verify your benefits and tell you what your plan is likely to cover before treatment starts. We would rather give you a written estimate than a surprise.

Call 281-350-8852 as early in the day as you can and describe what is happening. If swelling is spreading, affecting your breathing or swallowing, or you cannot open your mouth, go to an emergency room instead. Those need intravenous treatment we cannot provide.
